The U12-U14 Premier Program of Rush Union WI offers a competitive, comprehensive program, designed to provide the best player development environment for its players. Designed to assist our players in reaching their ODP, high school, collegiate and personal goals, the Rush Union WI program and our coaches are committed to providing the necessary programs and training to foster success.
 
U12 Age Group
At our U12 age group, a try-out process is used to evaluate players and form a Premier team(s) and select local teams (North/South) at the U12 age group.  Based on the assessments of teams by the Director of Player Development and coaches, teams are enrolled in the appropriate competitive state or regional league. The focus of training at these ages is heavily technical in nature, but tactical soccer concepts and theories are introduced and taught by our coaches.
 
U13-14 Age Group
At our U13-U14 age group, the training focus begins to shift from technical to tactical development. Tactical training becomes more focused and proper play is emphasized.  Technical training will still take place, but often it occurs within a tactical session and coaches emphasize increasing a player’s technical speed and the speed of play. 

INCLUDED IN U12-U14 FEES:

• Competitive Soccer - for the youth athlete who enjoys soccer and is interested in playing at a higher level and wishes to eventually play H.S. and/or collegiate level soccer.

*Cup Participation determined by DOC
*Cup/Invite may count as a club-provided tournament based on acceptance
*Participating in second league may count towards # of competitions
*Teams may choose to participate in additional Team-Paid competitions/tournaments. These events registrations are paid for by the team through a team funds collection. 
*Coach Travel Expense for away tournaments is not included in club fees. This is an additional player/team expense paid by the team through a team funds collection.
